Adam Montgomery


Adam has owned & operated various companies in the AsiaPac region over the past two decades. He grew up in Geelong, Victoria and went to University there also. After he finished his studies, he ventured overseas to work and gain experience and through his time abroad he has built up a skillset in Management, Manufacturing, Trading and overall Good business principles. He has been directly involved with Agridry since 2011 and enjoys working hands on with the team in Toowoomba and along with it loves all that rural Australia has to offer. An active supporter of Good Business Practice & Accountability he is a member of a number of Chambers of Commerce both in Australia and abroad. Adam is currently a Patron of the Lord Baden Powell Society (Scouts Australia) and believes strongly in developing youth for the future.

David Atkins

General Manager

Coming from rural Queensland and strong ties within the cropping sector, David Has over 30 years’ experience in the grain storage and handling industry. Throughout this time, he has gained experience in best practice storage of grain in insect control through aeration and has been involved with various government departments and universities in relation to drying and aeration of grain and other bulk commodities, from 2008 he has worked with Agridry and has a wide knowledge of grain aeration, control and drying also handing system requirements.


Judy joined the AGRIDRY Dryers team in September 2017 as our Financial Officer with over 30 years’ experience in finance and accounting across various fields including agriculture, trade, retail and Human Resources. Judy takes great pride in delivering quality results and is looking forward to working with the team at AGRIDRY Dryers and contributing to the continued growth within the company.

Stephanie Schuppan

Operations Co-Ordinator

Originating from regional NSW Stephanie has worked within the Financial and Agricultural Sectors for the past 15 Years. With a background working within agricultural companies, Stephanie has been with Agridry since 2014 and has worked on the financial growth and development of the company, assisting with the coordination of manufacture and delivery of outstanding products of the highest quality. Stephanie is committed to the international expansion of Agridry and increasing brand awareness within the National Market, endeavouring to grow relationships with rural companies to help increase the effectiveness and profitability of farming practices and increasing awareness of sustainable practices.

Mary Wells

Administration Manager

Mary joined the team at Agridry Dryers in late July 2017 and brings to the team over 23 years of administration and supervisor experience as both an administrator in both general administration and Personal Assistant roles. Mary has also had over 4 years’ experience in recruitment and HR and is currently studying a Double Diploma in Business Management and HR Management and she holds a Diploma of Frontline Management. Her strong work ethic and her commitment to her employer can assure the customers and suppliers of Agridry Dryers receive excellent customer service at all times.

Emily Bird

Graduate Engineer

Emily is a fresh graduate mechanical engineer from Queensland University of Technology. Throughout her degree she specialised in engineering management with her final project being lean manufacturing. She is passionate about the agricultural industry having spent the final year of her degree working as an undergraduate engineer in the industry. Emily’s skill set includes Solid works, project management, sales engineering and technical sales. She is a strong believer in the importance of manufacturability and usability lead design and enjoys being able to get out onsite and involved in the hand one side of the business. Since joining our team Emily has been a beneficial player in the industry growth and development at Agridry.

Bob Watson

Workshop Coordinator

Bob has been associated with Agridry for many years and now leads the workshop team as coordinator. Bob has over 35 years’ experience working in the transport and agricultural industry, bringing his experience in Fabrication and manufacturing to the workshop at Agridry. Bob’s previous experience included 5 years of Drilling and 10 years directly in the transport industry combining this with his technical abilities and assessment for quality assurance Bob is the go to for both our mobile and stationary systems. With local Ag knowledge and problem-solving ability Bob is always going above and beyond applying his advanced product knowledge to ensure that our production schedule is on par and our machines are the best in the business.

Rodney Muller

Electrical Supervisor

Rodney joined the team at Agridry Dryers in June 2014. He is a qualified Electrician with more than 40 years’ experience in Domestic wiring and alterations- Industrial wiring and installations- Electrical tool and equipment repairs- Large manufacturing installations and commissioning. His background is as a Service Technician working both overseas and local, for Australian Made Machines.

Bill Anderson


A qualified Draftsman, Bill has 28 years Drafting & Design experience the last 11 years working with 3D modelling. Bill has international work experience and is familiar with relevant industry standards. Bill has developed our current drafting procedures and is continually working to enhance them with our growth.

Dan Montgomery

Dan is a qualified boilermaker who joined the team as the Fabrication Team Leader at AGRIDRY Dryers in late July 2017. Dan has been in the Boilermaking trade since 1989 and gained his qualifications in 1993, he brings to the team many years of experience as a Supervisor and Boilermaker in the Agricultural Industry and his philosophy is “do it right the first time”.

Petrus Delport

Petrus is a qualified Refrigeration Technician who joined the Agridry Dryers team in 2012. He brings to the team over 14 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician as well as 7 years’ experience in the Electrical and Mechanical field. Petrus is currently completing his Australian qualifications and is a valued member of the team at Agridry.
